ABOUT US

Spring shares available soon! Anticipated start date mid April.

CSF members will receive a wide variety of local seafood including: summer flounder, mullet, shrimp, spot, hard clams, black drum, and gray triggerfish. A variety of other species may also be offered if available. See LOCAL FISH for more information on fish species.

To determine which SHARE OPTION best fits your needs, select ONE choice from each of the three categories below:

CSF pick-up occurs on Thursdays between 4:00pm - 6:00pm at the Sarah P. Duke Gardens (map).

	Filleted	The filleted option is best suited for people who want minimal prep, while the H&G option is for those who want the reward and/or cost savings of doing it yourself. The specific preparation of your box will vary based on the species (for example, founder will be filleted and skinned while clams will be provided whole).For a detailed description of what to expect for species please see the "What to expect" section.

	10 (weekly)	You can choose to receive shares weekly or bi-weekly. Those who choose the weekly share will receive a share of fresh seafood every week, while those who choose the bi-weekly option will receive their shares on alternating Thursdays.

	5 (bi-weekly)



	Full Share	Share size refers to the amount of seafood you receive in your share. Full-shares will have between 3-5 lbs of seafood per week and half-shares will have 1-3 lbs.
