    Also for those who love those soft shell crabs but can’t tolerate killing them, like me, last week I decided to just freeze them, and I’ll clean them when we’re ready to eat them. We used to get frozen soft shells when we lived in the Chesapeake Bay area, and eat them throughout the winter, and they were just fine.
