Walking Fish Partners

Our greatest resources are our partners, without whom this project could not have been realized. We are grateful for their support, input, and expertise and we are humbled and inspired by their dedication to improving our world. As our relationships mature, we look forward to growing these ties and cultivating new partnerships – locally and regionally – that add creativity, diversity, and value to our work.

The Campus Farmers Market is run entirely by Students. Its mission is to nourish the campus community with local food and educational experiences by coordinating a weekly market. The Campus Farmers Market provides a weekly service to the faculty, staff and students of NC State. It sells all North Carolina products, further serving NC State's responsibility as a land-grant university through supporting North Carolina agriculture and helping to enhance the local economy by fostering direct farmer-to-consumer interaction. In addition to promoting these interactions, the presence of an educational booth run by the market's Student Board provides additional educational opportunities at the university.
